Candle project
The Candle-making Unit at the Tahirpur colony in Shadara, Delhi provides an avenue to the wives of the leprosy affected patients for income generation. They have been trained to make candles of different sizes and shapes, which are smokeless and dripless dinner candles and the essence used in these candles help to reduce stress. These candles are popular in hotels and homes.
