• UN Geneva Assembly Special Session Geneva 2000 Forum in June, 2000'Social Development for Achieving Sustainable Energy Future for All 21-24 November, 2000 at Bali , Indonesia.
• World Renewable Energy Congress-VI. During the International Event of World Renewable Energy Congress-VI at Brighton , UK , 1-7 July,2000,AIWC organized a workshop on Commercialization & Capacity Building Through Renewable Energy Technologies.
• Global Challenge “Global Partnership Projects around the World” Programme of EXPO 2000, Hanover, Germany, AIWC project Sustainable Development Through Renewable Energy Technologies was one of the best projects selected for the award out of 3500 applications and 100 selected from around the Globe.
• 1st International Conference “Rural Ageing: A Global Challenge” at West Virginia University Centre on Ageing , USA 7-11 June, 2000.
• 43 rd , 44 th , 45 th , 46 th , 47 th and 50 th Sessions of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, at UN Headquarters, New York . AIWC made the presentation at the main session on behalf of AIWC and other six national level women's organizations.
• World Renewable Energy Congress WREN at Florence in Italy , 20-25 September, 1998. An exhibition on various NRSE devices.
• 42nd Session on Commission on Status of Women. Secretary General, AIWC was part of the Task Force on Violence Against Women.
